A spokesman for the ousted Taliban militia said they are likely to kill the two road workers “because they are not Muslims”. Afghan officials said the pair were kidnapped after shopping with Afghan colleagues for chickens in Bazargan village five km from the highway near Shahjoy, 280 km southwest of Kabul.
By the way, the two guys work for Seenaiah & Co, an Andhra Pradesh based contractor.
