Everyone’s anti-terror partner

Save India’s, that is.
This is an archived blog post from The Acorn.

Pakistan is planning to sign anti-terror agreements with 22 East Asian countries, but not with India.

They said India had been accusing Pakistan of spreading terrorism so it was not advisable at this stage to enter into agreement to counter terrorism with New Delhi. Sources said separate agreements with 22 countries are being signed to counter the propaganda against Pakistan for its alleged support to the al-Qaeda operatives in the past particularly before 9/11.[The News/Jang]

That certainly is sounds like good news for many east Asian countries, and Australia too if it is included. But from the official announcement it is clear that it is more a counter-propaganda’ measure than a counter-terrorism commitment.
