Unless Mani Shankar Aiyar thinks that Musharraf’s nazimate is somehow consistent with panchayati raj, the only purpose of this forum is to export panchayati raj to Pakistan. Why not make this simpler — how about exporting Mani Shankar Aiyar himself?
