A Kashmiri militant was killed by security personnel while escaping arrest. (Hardly news)

A former Kashmiri militant was killed by security personnel while escaping arrest in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. (Now, this is interesting)

A former Kashmiri militant—belonging to a group of former militants who gave up the armed struggle and now advocate peace between India and Pakistan—was killed by the ISI while escaping from its custody in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. (Interesting but hardly news)
